Will lower the Internet rates from June?

It is one of these myths that we never believe... I only want to contribute with an information: Telefónica (Spanish Telecom's Company) offers broad band (256 Kb) to the retailers (particular users, companies...) to the gewgaw of 39 € a month. On the other hand, it rents its broad band lines to other wholesalers (as Wanadoo and Terra Lycos) to 23.4 € a month.

In my particular opinion, until they don't offer us 23.4 € a month, they are pulling our leg.
